Meet The clinic Founder

Bradley Dunham
Bradley Dunham is the founder of The Body Diagnostic, a modern rehabilitation and injury recovery clinic built on one clear mission: to help people get out of pain quickly, naturally, and with the personalised care they deserve.
Brad’s journey into sports therapy began long before he ever studied at university – it began with his own experience of pain. As a young adult, Brad suffered a serious lower back injury, including two herniated discs, which left him in chronic discomfort. Like many people, he turned to the NHS for help, but found the experience lacking. Despite doing all the “right things,” the waiting lists were long, the sessions were short, and he never received the kind of focused, hands-on support that truly addressed the root of the issue.
That experience planted a seed. Brad thought, “What if I could be the person I needed back then? After completing his training at ARU Cambridge and gaining experience in injury rehabilitation, he launched The Body Diagnostic with a clear purpose: to give people faster, more effective access to high-quality, one-on-one care – without having to wait months for an appointment or settle for generic advice.
The Body Diagnostic has now been helping clients for over three years. From day one, Brad’s focus has been on giving clients the kind of experience that’s often missing in the mainstream healthcare system. That means:
- No waitlists
- No rushed appointments
- No standardised, one-size-fits-all-plans
Instead, clients get dedicated, one-to-one time with Brad himself, hands-on treatment, and fully tailored rehabilitation programmes designed to support them every step of the way. Whether someone is struggling with chronic back pain, recovering from a sports injury, or simply feeling restricted by daily aches and stiffness, Brad’s approach centres on uncovering the root cause and creating a clear, personalised plan to get them moving better – without painkillers, injections, or surgery.
What makes Brad stand out is not just his professional knowledge, but his empathy. He’s been in the shoes of many of the people who walk through the clinic doors. He knows what it’s like to feel let down by the system. That’s why he makes it a priority to be hands-on, communicative, and present. Every client who works with Brad gets direct access to him – he’s there to answer questions, adjust plans and keep them on track throughout their recovery.
Outside the clinic, Brad keeps active himself. He’s often training in the gym, practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on the mats, or out and about with his three dogs. His own commitment to staying fit and healthy feeds directly into his work – he understands how frustrating it can be when pain or injury holds you back from the activities you love.
The Body Diagnostic isn’t just a clinic – it’s a reflection of Brad’s belief that recovery should be efficient, personal and empowering. It’s a place where people of all ages – but especially active adults over 50 – can get back to doing what they love without being sidelined by long delays or ineffective treatment.
